Back to school!   Make sure your student carries their backpack properly and most importantly make sure their backpack is NOT to heavy...this can prevent future upper body injuries.  We want to keep our kids healthy and strong for a great school year!

Back to school!  To save your kids some upper body injuries in the future, watch to make sure that their back packs are on both shoulders and that their packs are NOT too heavy.
